WHAT DO WE DO?
We start by identifying all of the areas of corrosion on your vehicle. We then remove the carpets, covers, trims, seats, batteries, alloy panels or anything else that could catch fire so we are left with the raw metal.
All of the corrosion is then marked in yellow and cut out in straight-edged rectangular panels. We then fabricate replacement sections in 1.2mm steel which we butt and seam weld (we generally don’t patch weld).
Once welded we fully dress the weld (so that it is flat and cannot be seen), seam seal and then prime in acid etch ready for final paint in the chosen finish or if under the vehicle a protective coating to avoid rust occurring again.
