Alignment prices
Reasons to have the vehicle checked
- Uneven or rapid tyre wear
- The vehicle pulls to one side
- The steering wheel sits off-centre
- A tyre needs replacing or has been damaged
Tyre bookings
Tyres require a direct enquiry because stock, size, load rating and manufacturer options need confirming for the individual vehicle.
Tyres and alignment are separate checks
Replacement tyres need the correct size, load rating and specification for the vehicle. Wheel alignment concerns the direction and angles of the wheels. Uneven wear, an off-centre steering wheel or pulling can prompt an alignment check, but the tyres and associated components may also need inspection.
Questions about tyres and alignment
Is wheel alignment the same as wheel balancing?
No. Alignment checks the wheel angles; balancing concerns how weight is distributed around a wheel and tyre assembly. Describe any vibration, pulling or tyre wear so we can discuss the relevant check.
Should I choose two-wheel or four-wheel alignment?
The suitable option depends on the vehicle and the concern being investigated. If you are unsure, call us with the registration before selecting an alignment appointment.
Can I order tyres through the alignment booking?
Tyres are arranged separately by phone or email so we can confirm specification, stock and the fitted price. An alignment booking does not include replacement tyres.
